Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original delivery date. After 30 days from the original delivery date has passed we will not be able to accept a return on your order.
The following items cannot be returned: USB Drives, vinyl, CDs, DVDs, any digitally delivered goods (including, but not limited to music, koins, coins, tickets, audiobooks…), books, magazines, comics, swimwear, socks, underwear, facemasks, and gift cards.
Returned items must be in NEW condition determined by Crypto Karaoke. We cannot accept returns on worn, soiled, or laundered clothing or scratch, damaged, or worn merchandise. All returns must be free of pet hair and odor. If you send an item back in poor condition, it will be returned to you.
If you would like to return some or all of your order, please refer to our full return policy below and then email us at admin @ Crypto Karaoke.app with your full name, order number, and a request for an authorized return form.
Exchanges
We are accepting returns, but are not currently accepting exchanges.
If you need a different size, color, or product we recommend ordering that product while it is still available online and then returning the original item(s) that you would like to be credited for.

IMPORTANT: Please retain tracking information for your shipment and keep the tracking number until you've received your refund!
Damaged Items
If you believe your item is damaged, please email admin @ CryptoKaraoke.app within 5 days of delivery. You should include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged item so that we can investigate. If you have an issue with the playback of an USB Drive, vinyl, CD, DVD, or cassette, please send over the above information along with a 10-15 second video displaying the issue.
